Great Tent and Phenomenal Customer Service!

I purchased this tent because of the color and the ease of assembly. It really is a great sturdy tent! There are loops at the top of the overhang where you can attach a banner if you'd like and the best part is their customer service! The bag that I received with my tent had a malfunction just two weeks in. The zipper completely broke off and I contacted? to see about a repair or replacement. They sent one quickly, but it was the wrong size. I contacted? again and they sent another tent that was the correct size. I'm extremely impressed by their customer service, the quality of their products and the value. I won't hesitate to recommend using this company for tents!

Great Customer Service

The order arrive when expected.? Assembly was easy.? We noticed a slight defect in the canopy and after contacting? a replacement was sent.? This in of itself would [****] 5 stars!? But our woes would continue.? A freak pop up thunderstorm struck our area and despite the canopy being weighted and tied down mother nature was more determined.? Fortunately the new canopy was not damaged but the frame was bent in several areas.? I reached out again to inquire if it was possible to purchase a replacement frame.?? did one better and helped me identify the parts that needed replacement and sent them on free of charge.? Definitely recommend buying this product if your in the market for a popup canopy.

Great canopy for a great price

Bought this to replace my canopy that was ruined in a wind storm. Kind of glad that happened! This one is so much better. Much sturdier and the canopy material is thicker. I'm 5' tall and could put it up and take it down myself. Be careful with the latches though, I did get my thumb stuck and cut it taking the legs down. The case and wheels are also much sturdier so it doesn't tilt side to side while rolling it like my old one. Definitely worth the money!

Ten star tent! This is the one!

This tent is exceptional in quality! It looks beautiful and has that beautiful circus tent shape on top. Exactly as pictured. It IS heavy, but has a great carry case on wheels. Easily put up by 3 women for an event. It does not come with stakes, so if you plan to stake it into the ground, you will need to order those separately. I ordered ones that screw into the ground. It does come with sandbags, but I didn't feel like dealing with that. If you are using on concrete or asphalt, you will need them though. Highly recommend!

Great product

Over the years I've had many easy ups from many different manufactures. 10x10 was fine for a couple people depending on where the sun was. Although this was about $100 more the extra 5 feet is really nice. It's a commercial grade and really sturdy but with that comes a little more weight. Not that big of a deal, but for some people it might be a little heavy. I also liked it came with sandbags you can fill and wrap around the legs.
