Quality product, very useful.

Just like other reviewers said, the heat distribution is even, and it gets really hot when needed. The griddle pan is made of cast aluminium and is quite heavyweight which is a good thing for heat distribution. I have been keeping it on the counter ever since I got it and have been using it almost every single day. I stopped using my regular go-to skillet because this griddle is so useful. Cleaning is a breeze.

Amazing!

Awesome product! I usually don't write reviews, but I just used this? electric skillet for the first time and I am in love!I like to make bacon, sausage ect in an electric skillet as I can cook more at one time. My last one died after many years of use and I went looking for a new one. Wow! this one is great. Such a huge cooking surface! well made and has a lid! I was able to cook 2 rolls of sausage and a package of sausage links at 1 time! yay!

May seem expensive for a griddle, but totally worth it!

Let me start by saying that in eight years of being an avid Walmart user, I have never reviewed a product. This griddle was worth my time to share my opinion. This is a great griddle. It comes apart in three pieces; the plastic bottom tray, the heating element and the cook top. I'm ok with the bottom pan being cheap plastic because they spent the money where they needed to, in the metal pan. The griddle non stick coating is amazing. I left chicken with the skin side down on too long and I thought for sure I was going to have a hard time ripping it off, but it slid off easily. I haven't come across anything that would stick to it. Since buying the griddle in February I have not used our oven. The griddle is big enough I cook a few slices of ham, eggs, bread, and boom! [****] and egg sandwiches for me and the Mrs in no time. And you don't dirty three frying pans to do it! It does not have a grease hole so it does lack a little when cooking bacon or hamburgers, but it doesn't bother me! Worth the money, I don't think you will regret it!

Best Appliance I Own

This is one of THE best cooking appliances I have EVER owned. It heats up very fast, the heat distribution is very even (cooler on the edges, which I like to keep finished food warm), it is unbelievably easy to clean and NOTHING STICKS!We currently have no kitchen because of a remodel and now I question if I even need one. We have cooked everything on here, stir-fry, seafood, steak, hamburgers, breakfast and it is always so fast. Love that we can cook so many items at once and we don't need to dirty any pans. And yes you absolutely can SEAR a steak! This is hands-down one of the best investments I ever made.Highly recommend you will love it.
