I’ll start by complimenting the customer service team. They’re great. I dealt with [****] and [****] for my questions and installation needs and they were quick to answer everything I needed to know. Prior to retirement I worked in the Caribbean and every house we rented had a bidet in the bathroom. What a wonderful fixture to have for both my wife and I. In the US bidets are not a standard fixture yet no matter how high end the house. We’ve looked for a unit for a while and when I saw this? NEO 185 I thought it looked great. I figured if it wasn’t as advertised I would simply return it. Well it’s as high quality as it looks and works great. It’s a heavy and well designed unit. The construction is high quality also and the installation is much easier than I thought it would be. If you have a toilet like mine you need to order the longer 22” supply hose because it’s not a straight line to the unit and the 15” hose will have a serious bend at the toilet supply connection. I also suggest the T-valve with the water shut off and water pressure adjust valve. Very handy to have. I really want to stress the high quality construction of this unit. I would have installed a bidet fixture but with tile over concrete floors it would be a very expensive installation. One more thing is that the unit is easy to keep clean. We’re very happy with the? NEO 185 and highly recommend this unit.

Hits the spot just right, cleans like a hydrolaze.? Just bought another for the guest bathroom.Not sure why they send Teflon tape, all connections either have ferrules or Orings, so the fitting threads have no function for sealing off leakage.? A plumber will laugh at you for using tape on these type of connections.

Needed to replace leaking hand held Bidet; Just wanted to try THIS ONE ; everyone in family loved it, My 12 hear old son said - Dad its best thing of the new year, and liked? much better than hand held and Seat bidet? ORDERED 2 more to replace another handheld and seat bidetsLadies? also loved feminine wash, wife is [****] happyHad 1 issue with the hose , customer service immediately dispatched a new one; Need to see how long it will last; BUT HEY it has 18 month warranty, so cool.One last thing i woukd recommend and suggest to include the T-valve with ON/OFF even if the price increase a bit

The pandemic issue with its subsequent paper shortage and a medical condition I will not go into prompted the purchase of the 185.? I ordered mine and received it in a very reasonable time.? It took me a couple of days to get time to install it, but it was easy.? I replaced the existing supply line since I had one end loose anyway.? I highly recommend you buy the T valve with shut off if you have good water pressure.? I turn my valve to about halfway open and it is plenty of pressure.I had a minor leak at the house end of the new supply line I installed that was quickly fixed with a little more tightening. Other than that, installation was quick and easy.? I was concerned about the cold water issue others had mentioned.? It was not nearly as shocking as I was expecting, and I hardly notice it at all now.? Having never used one of these before, there was a small learning curve on use.? The nozzle aim was? perfect, but I have learned it takes a minor bit of body wiggle side to side and front to back to achieve proper results.? I have also learned that even with my T valve closed halfway down, it takes only a small amount of turning the spray knob on to do the job.I am extremely pleased with my purchase and just hope it lasts a long time.

This is perfect for people that are having a hard time reaching bending moving I love this product it’s great I can’t say enough about it
