I purchased the? dehumidifier about 2 weeks ago. Last summer I had noticed a chair in my living room that usually doesn't get used had something growing on it and it turned out to be mold. I can tell in the summer time that my living room always felt damp but I'm a little hard-headed and I never put two and two together.I cool my house with a very large window air conditioner and when it's humid out in the summertime I'm prone to crank her up very cold, unfortunately this is where a lot of my moisture is coming from. After using this dehumidifier for the past week and a half I am averaging emptying the tank twice a day! The tank on this dehumidifier is rated at 0.66 (gal) this machine is sucking out tremendous amounts of moisture and definitely doing its job. Some folks may think it's a little pricey but I look at it as a very wise investment. If you are experiencing dampness and moisture problems in your home look no further than this? dehumidifier. Extremely easy to operate, you can hear the fan but it's not overpowering and not extremely loud, I think it sounds a little soothing. It will take care of your moisture problems up to its rated capacity of 2000 square feet.Before I purchased this machine I spent several days doing research and reading hundreds of reviews of different machines and chose this one and I'm so glad I did. It has given me peace of mind of knowing that the electronics in my home will now be protected from any dampness and water damage.

I bought this based off of good product reviews. True, it’s quiet and energy efficient. Basically because it’s got minimal fan power to circulate air to remove the moisture. I can’t get the humidity level below 56% which is unacceptable. I’m going with Homelabs for a more powerful unit.Update 8/23/22.? reached out to me and offered a full refund including the cost of the extended warranty.

I've had two other dehumidifers before this? [****], but this by far is the best. I use it in my basement and it does a great job of keeping the musty smell out. My next door neighbor seen how great it worked and bought one for his basement. For the price you can't beat it. B.K.H.

After just over a year this suddenly stopped dehumidifying the air. This company's customer service was incredible.? They responded to all of my emails in less than 24 hours and very quickly resolved the situation. I was satisfied beyond what I could have hoped for. Would definitely buy from them again.
