This fireplace was exactly what our room needed it was easy to install, beautiful and elegant looking.? We get so many compliments on this from everyone who sees it. It doesn’t put out a ton of heat, but we knew that because our room is bug and has high ceilings. We love love love it.

Absolutely love it.? I am someone who normally rely on other's review especially for on line purchases.? So I wanted to provide feedback regarding this fireplace.? It's really awesome.? We just installed below our TV and? it looks great.? It really makes the ambiance of the room.? The heat range is just fine but we were not expecting to heat up the whole basement with it. Just the area right in front of it where our sofas are.? I like that you can have it on without the heat so you get to enjoy it while watching TV.? Someone mentioned the orange color in the backdrop.? I don't think it's a bad color. In our case we have a stone wall so the color blends well.We just installed it about 3 weeks ago, so I can't tell much about the durability.? I hope it's a long one :)I tried uploading a picture (I am not sure it worked), so you could see how beautiful it looks.? I think the flames look very real,especially if you turn off the lights in the room.? We had it installed by our contractor who finished our basement, and he liked it a lot too, now he wants to take pictures so he can showcase his finished work.

As a General Contractor, we've installed a few of these electric "faux" fireplaces. And they all have been in the $1800-$2300 range. So needless to say, was quite skeptical as to how this could be on the quality side being in the $500 range. Well, quick shipping, and flawless out of the box, hooked it up IMMEDIATELY being worried that it was too good to be true. In minutes, had it plugged in and going. thumbed through all of the features, cycled through the heat levels, and its been played with and going strong!!! The only difference I see between this and the pricier models are the variance in colors available.? This one has a cool blue tone, a warm yellow/orange (more realistic tone), and a combo of both colors. Its a beautiful piece, and looks surprisingly realistic!!! wouldn't hesitate to purchase another! (think the wife wants one for our room now....)

The instructions on this were very specific and it was very easy to mount and install. It's got a plug so just had to put it in the outlet and was ready to go. You can use either the wooden log or the crystals. It comes with both. It does orange or blue or both. Heat is pretty powerful. Screw inside on the top left on the top right holds the glass in place. It has like hooks inside before you screw it in. Very easy to set up and a very nice unit all together. If you need any assistance there customer service replies very quickly by email. They are very accommodating. I would buy again and I will buy again in the future.

We've had this fireplace insert for three years and it works wonderfully.? It's beautiful to look at, and easy to operate.? We had our contractor install it when he did our wall, so I imagine it was extremely easy for him.? We watched him installing it, and it actually looked like something we could've done ourselves, but he was doing the wall, so we had him install everything.We've never had any issues.? The only thing I'm not too happy with is the heat output.? We don't use it very often, but when I have turned it on, it takes forever to heat up the area.? Of course, this could be due to the large room, however, I wasn't even feeling heat coming out.? So this isn't something I would be totally reliant upon for heat.Other than that, its very beautiful and relaxing. We've received many compliments on it.? I have had it running 75% of the time since we've owned it, and it runs great.
