This thing will blow your mind....with electric heat...when it's on the heat setting

It turned on and works as advertised. It has neato fake flames in either fake log or fake crystals options. Great ambiance and easy to plug into an outlet and stare at it while drinking cheap vodka from a paper cup. Go fireplace, you rule.

I got the fireplace opened the box read the directions. I plunged it in before installed it like the instructions said to do and nothing. I called the 800 number at 3:00pm PMT and got a voice mail..... Not happy. I will repost when I get a reply back from? . After support service contacted me and a quick flick of a hidden switch the unit turned on. It looks great and lots of heat. Thanks? .
