Cleanup

Cleanup is something to get use to. We were use to cooking and cleaning later on regular grill. Life our black stone.

Definitely the best! Excellent quality (unlike many grills and griddles I've purchased in the past). Heavy metal with a great black, durable coating. The top of this thing is cast iron!? If you don't know how to season a cast iron skillet, read up first.About the only real complaint is the metal handle is attached directly to the body, and when the burners are on the handle gets very very hot. I solved the problem by putting some silicon washers between the handle, the griddle body and the screws.Overall an excellent buy!

This is the best, ever

This is the best, ever! I couldn't wait to purchase this griddle because we love to cook and I know we would use it all the time. My favorite place to eat is at BD's Mongolian BBQ where they cook you stir fry on a massive Mongolian flat top grill. I needed to recreate that at home and the easiest way was with this griddle! I'm so in love!You can cook anything on this and it saves you on having to wash a lot of dishes. It's wonderful. I highly recommend getting this if you enjoy cooking.
