Have only used it 4-5 times but I'm happy with it. A lot of other products' reviews cited plastic parts and cheaply made. This one has some bulk to it, metal parts, etc. If anyone ever owned a [****] juicer compared to one of the cheap juicers, I would compare it to that. The only down side so far is the tray to collect shavings has to be rotated by hand as you crush it or it will fill too quickly and spill. Also, it tends to want to hold some of the melted water inside the machine but I've found the best way to dry it is to flip it 90 degrees forward. Lets the water drain nice and easy.

Works Great

This machine makes awesome crushed ice! I’m very pleased with its ability to quickly make “snow”!However, it is a bit messy when delivering the crushed ice. You need a towel or padding to catch the extra that escapes the bowl that collects it. Bits go everywhere but the results of the crushed ice is worth it.UPDATE ! ~~>>This thing is so much fun I ordered another one for my grandson and his family ([****] shipped direct to their address) and recommended it to another friend of mine while talking about things we could do to beat the heat! The price is well worth it!!Actually, the first one that was sent to me? didn’t work! But as soon as I notified [****], they sent me the return label and instructions about how I could send it back. And !! shipped a replacement the next day! I LOVE shopping [****] because of this!! Any time I’ve needed to return something [****] has been great!!Since I pay for [****] Prime each month my shipping is free!!
