Works great! Great customer service!

Very easy to assemble. It's the perfect size and works as we expected. We had a slight issue with the paint on the door for the propane tank. I called customer service and they were great. I let them know what the issue was, and they immediately shipped us a replacement door. Would definitely buy from this company again. We also bought the cover and it fits perfectly.

Flawless assembly, and initial start-up - love it!

Finished assembling this, tonight, in 60 minutes. Despite review reservations expressed about fit, finish, alignment, cracked tiles, and faulty burners - this had none of the above and came together and functioned, beautifully. And, it kicked off an impressive amount of heat on an open Michigan screened in porch, even with a breeze and 35 degrees. Time will tell on its durability, but if initial impressions are worth anything this is a great value, all the way around.Joe, Ada, MI

Very nice

Very nice looking gas fireplace that went well with our patio set we just purchased. It was pretty easy to assemble and was packed well. We used it for the first time tonight and it worked well, turned on easy. Not sure yet how long the tank will last as that will depend on how long and how high we run it. Overall we are happy with the look and function of this piece.

finally love it!

We had some problems. Ordered this in November and it was not available till January. Were so excited to get it. Easy to put together! Worked one evening and then flame kept going out. To make a LONG story short, we had several problems but the company was wonderful about responding and sending replacement parts. It took a while, but now that we've got it all sorted out, we really love the table!

The best thing that’s happened to our patio

This took six weeks to arrive and we had been shopping for the right one for five years. It was worth the wait. The heat output is perfect. It’s not just beautiful, but also functional and you won’t find a better value. Assembly was easy and I love that it included the fire glass. If there was just one thing I would improve, it would be to have an upgrade option for glass around it as we live in a windy area, but I saw in comments that people had found options that will work so I will be ordering that.
