I ordered this on a Friday afternoon, it was delivered this morning before 8:00 a.m.? I was like OMG!? Walmart I LOVE YOU!? The chaise was easy to remove from the box and all i had to do was screw on the legs with a [****] wrench (front legs), back legs just screwed into the holes.? Too easy!? Its soft, comfortable and sturdy and feels like a top rated air mattress.? I'm very, very satisfied with my purchase.? I plan to purchase two more in a different color for my office and guest rooms.

I spent probably two hours reading through all of the reviews on this futon. Some where stellar and others warned against buying it. I love the way it looks and so I decided to just go for it. I am so happy I did! Like others have said, it looks very high quality and modern. It was super easy to set up and took me about 10 minutes. It definitely feels solid when you are sitting on it and it is a bit firm. I have some pillows on my couch and so when I'm laying on it, I'm actually pretty comfortable. It folds down into a bed really easily. It also doesn't weigh too much and so one person can move it fairly easily. Overall, this is a good looking couch and pretty comfortable to sit on. If I was the type of person though who watched a lot of tv and spent a lot of time on a couch, I may look into something a little softer.

LOVE the chaise. I also bought the matching futon, which is only okay. Together, they still look amazing for the price. The chaise is very comfortable to sit in, whereas the futon is dramatically more firm and the faux leather is more plastic-y. The two pieces are either made by different manufacturers/factories or are different generations of the same product, with slighty different materials. The futon and chaise, however, look like they match decently well, as long as you don't look VERY closely (the chaise as slightly thicker piping and the texture of the faux leather is slightly different). There also will be a small gap between the chaise and the futon, as well as the futon itself has a small gap...but I paid ~$300 for both pieces all together, so I wasn't expecting amazing quality. The chaise gets 5 stars and the futon 3.5....if both the futon and the chaise were the same quality, I would be over the moon (6 stars and a total steal).

All in all with tax, I paid about $180. The sofa looks really nice and yes it is firm to sit and sleep on. I? placed 4? 18x18 inch decorative pillows on it and it looks fantastic. The futon will be used by an occasional sleepover guest. UPS delivered my box and though heavy can be slowly moved into the house.Assembly consisted on attaching? 2 front slanted legs with 3 bolts each, and 3 additional cylindrical legs (2 for the sides and one for the center) with 4 bolts each. Two different [****] wrenches were included for this task. There was nothing else to be done and putting the legs on was a breeze.I purchased a regular twin bed sheet set and a cheap twin sized foam topper. I think I'm going to buy a second cheap foam topper to make the bed comfortable for an adult. A child would also sleep comfortably. The fitted sheet was taut on the open futon but it was very acceptable. The open futon ('bed mode') is several inches wider than a twin bed.I had tested other types of futons that were in the $450 price range and the open/close mechanism was very cumbersome (and noisy). By contrast, this bed is really easy to open and close (and no loud noises) !One final thing. I am? 5'6" (66 inches) tall and I fit perfectly on the bed lengthwise with a couple of inches to spare.? The futon's length is about 70" but once you put a pillow on one end and put your head on it, you realize that you don't actually take advantage of the full length . So keep that in mind. I love it and am very pleased with the look, the funcion, and the price.
