Good customer service

After about a year, my model stopped working, and I reached out to their support. I spoke with Ian who asked me for a video of the model not working, which I sent. I was then told they would sent a replacement shortly and they did. They stand behind their products.

This thing chucks heat

Use this in a small area at work with 2 offices and a small cubicle area. Heats up the whole area in about 1.5-2 hours also great for air circulation as well.

I love this heater so much! But after having it for a few months, I noticed when it turns it starts to lag a bit. Little worried it is becoming faulty and will just stop. But other than that, absolutely love this heater!
