Arrived without a remote.

Been using this heater for over a year. Nothing to complain about in its function. I did notice after some time that there should have been a remote included. I looked through the original box (because I'm the type of person that keeps the boxes), but there was no remote anywhere. It's a little late to return it, but just want to warn people to make sure you have everything you paid for.

Good little heater, pros & cons

Pros:The remote: so nice to have a remote for the times you don’t want to get out of bed in the middle of the nightThe swivel: it’s nice to have heat oscillating through a room so you don’t have to be as intentional where you point itThe noise: not quiet but not as loud as my Honeywell heater @ 72 decibels. This heater depending on the fan speed ranged from 60-65 decibels on the phone app (not scientific) quieter but not whisper quiet.Cons:The remote: have to push twice to turn on or off?The UI: you’d think a heater is pretty straightforward but there’s some timer features that aren’t that easy to use. When the power is shut off, it takes 30seconds for the fan to turn off. That kinda sucks at night if you wake up and turn it off, you kinda of think you didn’t press the off button properly because it’s still going, so you press it again and restart the timer? WeirdQuirky, but overall recommended
