Igniter doesn’t work

We needed an extra heater for an event, and this one performed as promised. It arrived quickly and well packaged. Assembly was simple and easy. And it gave off good heat for a morning in the 40's so that guests were able to be in shirt sleeves. We ran it for about four hours continuous, a few more start ups since, and the first tank of propane is not empty yet. Of course, a little bit of wind break in the area makes a huge difference as to how much heat is retained. We are very pleased with this purchase.

It gives off good amount of heat and keeps you warm. It propane does go out quickly within a couple of days or so if you use it enough.

This is my second patio heater purchase, and is much better than my first for a number of reasons. First, it's really good looking, and being all stainless steel, will hopefully look good for a long time, whereas my first one had a painted lower can that chipped and peeled. Also, it's just made better. Second, it lights instantly, and rather than igniting a pilot light that required me to hold in the gas knob for nearly a minute before I cold release and fire up the burner, this one starts on high, and the thermocouple is up to temperature in perhaps five seconds. Then it throws out a tremendous amount of heat, and has a really attractive blue flame at the bottom of the heater grill while the rest turns cherry red. Lastly, the plastic reservoir filled with sand (and I may add water to that) really makes this unit seem planted, like no wind will blow it over. That may not be the case, but it's much more solid feeling than my old one. Plus the price/value ratio is amazing. It takes an hour to put together, but the directions are well written and the fasteners are in a blister pack that makes figuring out what to use very simple. The blue plastic film used to protect the top reflector shield pieces takes some time to pull off, but just start with one end and pull with steady force and it comes off without tearing and in one piece.

Everything with this???? patio heater works as expected. Ignition and use are easy.Assembly was aided by applying reviewer [****] post of instructions. He helped clarify the supplied assembly manual and operation.Good job dude.Customers reference to shortening the post:I applaud them for their skills, but you will not need that modification to get excellent results from your heater. Perhaps their needs or expectations are different.The reflector spreads radiant heat in a circle.In this case, the higher the reflector, the larger the circle of influence...Running it around half power provides comfortable warmth for a small (social distanced) group in 40° weather.If I did have a negative:With the heater base loaded and a full tank of gas, the heater tends to want to roll over when rolling it around. The wheels are spaced narrow. After a little practice it's fine.For the price, I'm ordering a second one.Using them in tandem will result in a large heated outdoor area in my yard.
