We found a bed bug in our room. Immediately I freak out and look for solutions. Chemicals are not an option for us. I found this little machine and OH MY LORD I'm glad I did! We did not have an infestation. Only a couple bugs in one room. I assume the little punks hitched a ride on a Christmas gift. We streamed everything on the entire floor of our house. It was not a small job for this little machine. 3 bedrooms and a large landing. Has not even tried to give up. We have done everything twice. Including walls, beds, carpet, bookcases, dressers we did everything!!!! We only found a total of 2 bugs in one room. Killed the bug immediately. I think we got very lucky and found them right away. I'm going to do this all one more time and also put diatomaceous earth all around.My only issue with the machine is it does get heavy after a while. For small jobs it's amazing. Heats up in just a couple minutes. Great for getting wrinkles out of clothing.

Super easy to use and you can clean anything with it, just steam it and wipe away dirt and grime. When i 1st got it i just played around with it testing it on different stuff. As you can see in my pic I got the oldest nastiest cookie sheet i could find. With the steam and the metal brush a few scrubs i could see so much taken off. I was impressed. I used it for my hood above the stove, the grease just melted away [note put towel or something to catch the grease. I learned the hard way.] I have wanted a steam cleaner for a while. Contemplating on what size and power to get. I decided to try this little unit. I am very happy with my choice. Small light unit, even my disabled mother can use. Doesn't take too long to heat up and you get quite a while when its unplugged and mobile. The cord is quite long and can be used plugged in. Comes with all the little attachments. Haven't used them all but the metal brush is awesome. The water tank could be bigger but I knew the size when I ordered it. Definitely a recommendation from me. The company even reached out to me to ask if everything was good with it and I was happy, Definitely a great sign the seller stand behind their products. Not something you see all the time

I wish I could give this item 10 stars! When my item arrived I put it right to work and boy did it work. I had a couple buttons in my vehicle sticking due to soda or coffee dribbles. A couple seconds from the steamer and done. No more sticky buttons. The latest mission with with the steamer was to tackle my dirty oven. I cannot use typical oven cleaners because of my wife’s allergies and asthma. The steamer made this chore go rather quickly. The accessories that come with it are tremendous and have many uses. I used the squigee attachment to get water stains off my shower doors. I love this thing and have many more ideas for use!!!! Also I used distilled water for best results.

I purchased the Bissell Steam Shot Deluxe and returned it right away. I just did not feel the steam was powerful enough. Even my husband felt like it was a joke. I kind of felt like maybe these things just do not work the way people say they do. However, I decided to give this one a try before I made me conclusion. I am so glad I gave it a shot. This thing is amazing! It is so easy to use. And you do not need distilled water! Big plus! I just used it today for the first time so if my opinion changes in the future I will adjust my review but for now. I am a super happy customer.

This is a super functional product for cleaning & has very great build quality. I cleaned my white shower tub and kitchen sink, and it cleaned like a charm. My wife said immediately that we should have got this before as we have been cleaning with a lot of manual efforts always. You can really cut down a huge portion of the manual effort using this.My 2 cents below:Pros (On major scales):- Functionality: This is really a very useful and functional product. Also, steam & bristles are strong enough and clean the surface very properly. Even comes with 11 accessories heads for different cleaning needs. It is great for cleaning Tub, Tile & Floors.- Ease of use: Just fill the water and plug in the power. It takes a few minutes to generate steam and the light indicator lets you know when it is ready to be used. Overall very easy to use.- Price: Very reasonable price. Even manual scrubs would cost more than this during a period of time- Additional features: Long power cord with around 10 feet length- Convenience: This saves a lot of effort. 1 hour of manual scrubbing can be easily replaced with 10-15 minutes after using this.Cons:- I wish it had an inbuilt battery too, to operate the device when the power plug is not readily available nearby
