Small learning curve

Love this steam mop, I’ve never used one before, I had to look up YouTube videos on how to get the most out of it.? Once I got the hang of the pushing and pumping of the handle, it’s becoming one of my favorite things to do cleaning.

Make sure you get what you paid for

My uncle ordered one first.? I loved it so much I decided to get one for myself. When mine arrived I noticed I got full blown pads, two of them, that wrap all around the base unit. My uncle only got those pads that you see with swiffer wet jet. He got screwed. Make sure you don’t get screwed, too.

Steam is clean and sanitized

Great. The third one we have had in 7 years. We use it three times a week. 2400 sq ft house, all tiled. Very very satisfied.

Great product, short cord

First I bought this because I just ripped out million year old carpet, and replaced it all with vinyl. It worked well but my floors just still didn't seem clean after. But the pad was filthy. So, I bought a stupid Swiffer wet jet which I was trying to avoid because I hate the wasteful disposable pads and I don't feel it's as clean as steam, but I now use the two in conjunction and they do a perfect job together. My dogs are little mud pigs, and they love the get filthy which means little toe bean prints everywhere. The Swiffer rids the bulk of messes, and I purchased reusable pads so, I am happy there. Then after I get up any mud and stuff I use the steam mop, it gets everything the Swiffer doesn't. It's more work but my floors are super clean and it smells great. The reservoir seemed so small I was like ?? "cool, guess I'll just die having to fill this every 5 seconds since my floor is the size of the empire State building" but I have used it several times already and haven't had to refill it once. The one caveat, the cord is annoyingly short, and although I have 7,000 extension cords the extra effort just seems too much for my frail old body (I'm 27) so I just switch outlets. Which isn't too bad since my outlets are about at my eye level because whatever freak wired my house in the 20s was definitely drinking some questionable moonshine.
