Well built, nice looking table

Pros:Table top looks very nice in the forest green, easy to cleanGray legs are strong and well builtFolding feature is nice to have even if it's rarely usedRelatively easy to assembleGood value compared to other optionsCons:Shipping carton does not provide adequate protection, damage or missing parts are not unlikelyAlthough many reviewers call the table very sturdy, there is some end-to-end movement due to the folding mechanismThe slight end-to-end movement of our table was bothersome, so I cut a piece of 2x4 to fit lengthwise against both legs and push them slightly outward, which eliminated the wiggle. That worked well, but people kept kicking the 2x4, so I cut smaller pieces to go parallel to each leg, and screwed them into our deck. A single screw on each end holds the table very steady.

Light weight and easy to store

We use this table in the backyard and that's probably the only use I would recommend it for. It's very light weight and collapses down nicely for easy storage but could be a little more sturdy around the center of the benches. We've got a few large people in our family and I'd be leery of them getting the middle of the bench. It probably wouldn't come apart but it would definitely give a little bow to it. Green is a nice neutral color along with the grey legs and putting it together was really easy with a drill making short work of it. I would give it a 5 star if there were additional supports under the center of the seats but if you don't have any 275lb+ visitors taking a break on your bench you'll be fine.

Worthwhile

Yesterday, my review would have been less favorable. In fact, I wouldn't have reviewed the table at all. But today...When I got the table, I set it up on the patio, installed an umbrella, looked at it and called it good. I made sure the umbrella was down and went into the house, assuming that, since the umbrella was down, things were safe enough. Wrong. When I looked out the next morning, the table was eight or so feet to the north of where it had been, the umbrellas was at an angle--and there was a huge dent in the table top where the umbrella rod had pushed into it. The table was still usable, but it didn't look very good. Then why the good review? Because when I went out this afternoon to sit at the table to read and drink a cup of coffee--the dent was gone! The material the table is made of apparently has some memory--or something. At any rate, it was just as it came out of the box. I was very happy and quite impressed. So why not a 5-star? The assembly directions are really pretty poorly done. On the other hand, the gentleman on the phone was very clear and very helpful.

Great table for home use

Table is nice and sturdy and a great size to seat 6 for backyard picnics. Can add umbrella if desired or keep hole plugged up. I like the table and it shipped more quickly than anticipated. However, the box was mangled when it arrived and all 4 corners and the middle of one side were dented (see photos). Also the hardware package was missing. I called the company's 800 number on the instruction manual and they were happy to ship the missing pieces free of charge. I did not ask about the table top, though. I plan on always using a tablecloth anyway, so the dents were not as big of a deal to me at they might be to others. If they could package it better, it'd make 5 stars.

Four Stars

Nice and well made. It is a bit light weight but seems to be very steady with 4 people.
